TriCon Builders, Inc. brings to its customers more than 14 years experience in the building industry. Started by Jason Crawford and Noel Nash in 2004 after many years in the industry together.

Jason got his start in the construction industry during his summers in high school in South Florida working for Milord Development and Construction. It was there where he first realized the expectation for quality customer service was as important as the finished product. He worked for franchise builder Arthur Rutenberg Homes, before starting TriCon in 2004, and furthered his skills in high-end design, construction, and remodeling. He is a graduate of The University of Alabama and has been married to his wife, Allison, for 18 years and they have two beautiful daughters. Jason brings a personal touch to each job and guides the customer through a usually overwhelming process with a peace of mind that is often forgotten in this industry.

Noel passed away in April 2018. His loyalty, friendship, and partnership over the more than 14 years will be missed beyond measure! We hope to HONOR his name by continuing to provide the same Quality, Value, and Integrity TriCon Builders and its partnership have stood for these last 14 years.
